BBNH Food Services has a dedicated travel team able to support exercises at any location across the US. This travel team has the experience with previous special forces training exercises, as well as the expertise and efficiency to execute a meal service plan utilizing BBNH’s proven quality control process. Our quality control process ensures the client’s food service needs are met in a cost-effective, sanitary, and customer friendly environment. BBNH will comply with all components of the food service requirements including, mobilization, meal service times, and menu requirements. This includes all equipment necessary for the storing, preparation, and serving of food in the field or dining facility and in a sanitary environment. Additionally, BBNH Food Services will provide the necessary staff to execute meal preparation and service either in a permanent or temporary dining facility, or for field service.
