Aerial View Perceptions (AVP), LLC services clients by providing two categories of business lines to support our clients’ needs: Claims Adjustment and Process Management services. Each business line provides its own unique and valuable benefit to our clients and allow us to deliver a quality service that is accurate, timely, and complete. Our Process Management effort provides various methods to discover, analyze, measure, improve, and optimize business processes. This gives our client a sense of buy-in to their mission. Our Process Management areas are: • Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) • Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) • Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) AVP can produce a claims adjustment/roof report containing pictures of individual roof(s) with the intent of the pictures to clearly portray any damage. We use our built in the US unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) to create dynamic aerial imagery, and document events as they occur in real time.
