Establishments in this category are primarly engaged in providing nonresidential social assistance services to improve the quality of life for the elderly or persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Other Community Housing Services

These establishments may subsidize housing using existing homes, apartments, hotels, or motels or may require a low-cost mortgage or sweat equity.
