At Extreme Industrial Coatings, LLC, we build, repair, and remanufacture industrial machinery parts and assemblies. We use thermal spray and plasma welding systems to apply metallic and ceramic coatings to many different metallic substrates. We solve many of our clients’ cavitation, corrosion, erosion, abrasion, and impact problems through our ongoing R&D efforts. Our successful research and development efforts have allowed us to solve many challenging wear problems for our clients, combined with our manual and CNC machining capabilities. Using modern thermal spray and plasma welding systems, combined with our manual and CNC machining capabilities, we apply advanced materials to solve the most challenging wear problems, including cavitation, corrosion, erosion, abrasion, and impact.
