BIODEPOT LLC

Biodepot LLC provides a software platform for building and executing analytical workflows locally, on a private cluster and on the cloud. The platform is completely containerized for portability and ease of installation. It has an intuitive and interactive point-and-click interface which makes it accessible to non-computer experts. It is easily customizable, enabling users to use, extend and rapidly add a GUI to their existing workflows. In addition we provide fast optimized workflows that leverage our proprietary methodologies using serverless computing. Currently we have a SBIR contract with the National Cancer Institute to develop and integrate multi-omic workflows with the Cancer Research Data Commons. In addition to multi-omics , we are extending our platform for biomedical image analyses on the cloud.
