Piersol Construction Inc has performed site grading, utility installations, public road construction. sub division construction, numerous grading, sewer, water, storm, taxiway, runway, and other site work for Fairchild Air Force Base for over 20 years. Worked on public airports for same. Family owned, second generation is learning to take over the company over the next eight years. Nearly all our excavation machines have some GPS grade automation. We have in house survey and electronic 3D modeling capacity. We specialize in design build of commercial and military projects that include a civil component. We only work within our home county. Projects: WalMarts, Amazon Distribution Center, Caterpillar Distribution Center, Costco, Airospace contractor factories, over 28 schools, thousands of subdivision lots, and many commercial site work projects.
