Compassionate Health Care is a nurse practitioner female led clinic that Its main goal is to offer services to the community to reduce hospitalizations emergency room visits and improve health outcomes to those at high risk. We offer complete annual health visits including lab work review, full physical examinations. We are capable of providing IV hydration on site with nutritional injections that provide improved health and wellness. Weight management with goal setting We offer immunizations. The office is capable of handling multiple patients on a daily basis which would be 50 patients daily by the Doctorally trained independent Nurse Practitioners. The office is well staffed and can provide flexible treatment modalities as needed to meet any contract needs either on site or travel to off site in the community.
