Advanced Infusion provides intravenous infusion therapy and wound care services in the comfort of patient's home or outside the hospital setting. The services provided under Advanced Infusion are: Intravenous Antibiotics Hydration Therapy Parenteral Nutrition or Intravenous Nutrition Enteral Nutrition or Tube Feeding Wound and Ulcer Care Negative-Pressure Wound Therapy Chemotherapy Pain Management Other Intravenous Therapies SERVICES PROVIDED IN ALL PUERTO RICO INCLUDING VIEQUES AND CULEBRA Our multidisciplinary team will facilitate the coordination of the services ordered by your physician. Our team of professionals includes case managers, physicians, licensed pharmacists, registered nurses, pharmacy assistants, nutritionists, and delivery technicians. We work as a team with doctors' offices, discharge planners, social workers, nursing homes and other health facilities to ease care transition process making it comfortable, easy, safe and efficient.
