Located in the heart of Bridgeport, CT, in our own manufacturing facility, The Bites Company has been producing Biscotti Bites for over 10 years. We reimagined and reinvented the traditional biscotti cookie into a modern, bite size, round shape to make it more appealing and more fun to eat! Twice baked, our Bites are made with organic, clean ingredients that are locally sourced from New England and are Non GMO. Bites are Certified Baystate Organic, Kof K Kosher, low in sodium, low calorie, peanut free, tree nut free and do not use preservatives. The Bites Company is a certified woman owned and operated business by the WBENC and the State of CT. We also source our female workforce locally from Bridgeport, CT which is a HUB Zone.
