Provides technical assistance to local government units with policy analysis, spatial analysis, and statistical assessment and modeling. As Principal, provides all functions of the company administration and serves as the senior manager of all staff and work. Civic Intelligence provides project management, facilitation, decision support, and policy analysis services to local units of government. Because of the diversity of challenges faced by local governments, we also provide supplemental technical services for regulatory compliance, including Civil Rights, wetland delineation, spatial analysis and modeling, and econometric forecasting when required. Additional work includes cost-benefit analysis, disparate impact assessments, program evaluation, measurement, and technical training in administration and analysis.
