Test & Balance Associates, Inc. is an S Corporation formed on 11/7/2000. It is a 100% women owned business. Our company performs a variety of HVAC services. We specialize in trouble-shooting problematic HVAC systems and assisting consultants with commissioning projects. We mainly perform quality control of HVAC systems for entities, such as building owners and commercial institutions such as schools, hospitals and government offices.
