We have been providing construction management and general contracting services for the past 31 years servicing governmental and educational agencies such as the US General Services Administration, FL Department of Juvenile Justice, FL Atlantic University, Broward College, School Board of Broward County, and City of Miami, in the Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. The core of our personnel are seasoned civil engineers with a masters in construction management. We have completed projects under an IDIQ contract. We have also perform CMAR services getting involved in the project's pre-construction and construction phases providing the client a GMP and construction management during the construction phase. We offer our client direct involvement with the company's principals which leads to quick response time are committed to providing a quality and safe project in a time efficient manner using the highest level of service and professionalism.
