We equip leaders with the mindsets and tools to cultivate humanity at work for greater impact and highly-functioning teams. Our team is made of elite experts with advanced degrees and global experience leading, coaching and training and using assessments. The firm is led by Eleni Pallas who has 35 years of experience leading teams, coaching, teaching and speaking globally. Ms. Pallas is a thought leader who has developed Human-Centric Leading, an antidote to workplace challenges that inspires lasting transformation of self, team and workplace cultures. We are available for all topics leadership- and team-related including those that require discreet and nuanced attention such as conflict, resistance to change, coalition-building, toxic work cultures, bully behavior, career derailments, errors/failures as well as high-risk, high-profile initiatives.
