International BioRefineries patented process causes the rapid thermal decomposition of organic compounds under virtually oxygen free conditions to produce three products - liquid, char, and syngas. The organic feedstock is dried to moisture content of 10% or less prior to entering the process and then milled to reduce its particle size. The feedstock is next fed into an enclosed vessel where it is rapidly heated to temperatures in the range of 750 to 1000ยฐF in roughly one second.
