TRISO-X LLC

TRISO-X is a newly formed company with the specific purpose of design, development, and production of advanced nuclear fuels. TRISO-X is the primary sponsor for the TRISO-X Fuel Fabrication Facility project, through which we intend to build a fully operational fuel facility. TRISO-X draws its corporate experience as a member of a family of companies owned and operated by Dr. Kam Ghaffarian via Ghaffarian Enterprises. To-date, another of Ghaffarian Enterprisesโ€™ companies, X-energy, has been the principal for research and development of the Xe-100 High Temperature Gas-cooled Reactor (HTGR) and its Tristructural-Isotropic (TRISO)-based fuel. X-energy and TRISO-X are wholly owned and operated by Ghaffarian Enterprises. This unique relationship allows for the transfer of intellectual capital and trade secrets to TRISO-X to support the development and operation of a TRISO commercial fuel facility.
