Quality Measures, LLC (QM) provides program and project evaluation, evaluation capacity building, and evaluation training to colleges and universities, governmental agencies/programs, and community based organizations. Quality Measures’ approach to providing quality evaluation services include, but are not limited to, research design and protocols; data analyses and reporting; and ensuring evaluation integrity and fidelity implementation. QM's consulting services include providing evaluation capacity building, planning, and team-building to community-based organization, for-profit, not-for-profit organizations. and two and four year colleges and universities throughout the nation.
