Our mission is to provide quality engineering services focused on preventing and eliminating moisture migration into existing and new buildings while balancing system reliability and longevity with sustainability considerations. Located in Alexandria, Virginia, our company is centered in the Metropolitan. We have also completed projects in other parts of the United States, including Nevada, Florida, and Indiana. Our clients include a wide range of federal state and local government agencies and private clients such as condominiums, universities, schools and commercial property owners. We are also currently offering condition assessments, design reviews (new construction) and construction-phase services — including envelope commissioning — In the Boston area. Since our founding in 1980, we have completed over 5,000 investigations and designs.
