Description

We provide project management support to plan, control, and manage Information Technology (IT) and operational projects. We utilize agile methodologies such as Scrum to manage IT projects. We setup and operate Project-Specific PMO (Program Office) or Project Support Services/Controls. We utilize Project Management Institute (PMI) frameworks tailored to the client's project management methodology for the purposes of schedule, cost, communication, risk, and scope management. We provide project planning support to the project control by developing a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), resource loaded project schedule, and project management plan. We can staff the project control office on an ongoing basis with schedule management, cost management, risk management, and communications management using structured techniques. We develop and utilize relevant project control metrics that enable project teams to report project performance data efficiently on a regular basis.
