Threat Assessment: Identification, assessment and management strategies to determine risk posed Protection: protective and security evaluation/implementation Operational Support: behavioral case consultation/support to the IC/law enforcement on source/asset management. Includes reviewing background materials, indirect assessments, and assisting with the design of legal, ethical, and effective interview/interrogation strategies. Personnel Security/Selection: expertise and experience with polygraph processing, and assessment/selection of operational personnel. Training: training on protective/protective intelligence operations, terrorism, security awareness, cultural/geographic considerations in threat/risk assessment, and mental health considerations for law enforcement. Operational Research: assist in basic and applied behavioral research studies, driven by investigative, intelligence, and operational questions, in order to help develop operationally relevant policies/practices
