PobiWork LLC is a EDWOSB located in northern Virginia with extensive experience in global well-being and performance. Based upon the scientific literature of Positive Organizational Behavior (POB), PobiWork provides consulting to global organizations on their most pressing organizational and public health needs. PobiWork's core construct of Psychological Capital (PsyCap) is based upon over two decades of reinvigorated focus on positive strengths instead of a deficit/medical model. At PobiWork, we believe that well-being and performance are matters of national security, and that our non-stigma orientation in teaching generalized well-being and performance skills will drive reductions in anxiety, stress, depression, intentions to quit, substance abuse, suicide, aggression, violence, etc., while increasing creativity, innovation, well-being, engagement, intentions to stay, human flourishing and thriving.
