SNTC CORP

SNTC is a professional services company with a decade of support within the Department of Navy (DON) specializing in Contracting, Acquisition, and Logistics, including data analytics and business process reengineering (BPR). SNTC supports the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Procurement) and Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) in formulating contract policy for the DON to understand the effects of changes and interconnections across contracting and interrelated acquisition policies. SNTC also provides contracting lifecyle support to SSP. SNTC supports the Program Executive Office, Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) providing acquisition program management support, procurement policy implementation, logistics analysis, and BPR. SNTC personnel supported the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) on Strategic Material Sourcing (SMS), a contract sourcing initiative designed to reduce the contracting cycle and material availability while reducing inventory costs.
