Kismet Technology, LLC is a WOSB and EDWOSB. Headquartered in Vienna, VA, our employees collectively have over 15 years of experience in project management. Our experience is specific to the support and maintenance of existing installations of integrated control equipment, ranging from small systems in conference rooms, larger systems in auditoriums, or whole building solutions. This includes large networks of distributed sensors, integrated lighting and shading solutions, network access points and integration interfaces. Our team has experience managing to and meeting customer service level agreements, the execution and planning of preventative maintenance, working with manufacturers for replacement equipment and service, and coordinating service vendors for onsite and remote support.
