Capital Executive Limousine, Inc. is a small minority owned (MBE) (DBE/ACDBE) that has been providing safe, quality ground transportation services in the metropolitan DC marketplace since 1997. These services Include luxury coaches, shuttle buses, Limousine, and sedans operated by highly trained and experienced individuals. Capital currently provides shuttle service to over 1,000,000 airport customers and employees annually at Washington Dulles International Airport and Baltimore Washington Thurgood Marshall Airport as a certified Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE). As a GSA contract holder Capital has provided transportation to the United States Coast Guard, The US Marshall Service, and the Department of Defense.
