LWS provides high-performance welding services for a wide variety of industries. Our welding capabilities include laser welding, laser cladding, laser hardening, GTAW welding of exotic alloys, including nickel, cobalt, stainless, aluminum, titanium and others. We are also a provider of 3D printing/additive manufacturing services in laser welding and WAAM (wire-arc additive manufacturing) systems for small and very large parts, up to 65 feet long with 90 inch OD swing or greater, depending on details. LWS also provides Additive Manufacturing (AM, aka 3D Printing) services in laser direct energy deposition (Laser DED) without use of powder bed as well as Additive Friction Stir Deposition (AFSD).
